Iowa Testing Programs develops tests and scoring services used by schools throughout the world. Test materials and services are marketed and distributed by Riverside Insights to all parts of the country except Iowa. For the Iowa Tests, Iowa schools are served exclusively by Iowa Testing Programs.

Educators and members of the media from outside of Iowa can obtain assistance by contacting Riverside Insights at (800) 323-9540. Parents with questions about interpreting scores from the Iowa Tests should contact educators in the school in which the testing occurred.
